Tawajud is a attendance management app that stores record of event staff across 64+ events.

Business Requirement

During each event, INDEX hires additional temporary staff for event support.  Previously, the attendance of these temporary staff was taken manually by an event coordinator in an excel sheet.  With the growing number of event's INDEX wanted to centralize the attendance information of all temporary staff hired for all events for data centralization, easier monitoring & streamlining staff payroll
